Unauthorized Repairs: Any repair or maintenance carried out by an unauthorized party that is not approved by Goldsteps.mv, as well as the use of non-SASO certified spare parts.

Software Issues: Operating system malfunctions or software malfunctions, whether caused by applications installed by the customer or previously installed applications. This includes the deletion of operating system files, hard-disk partitions, or issues caused by viruses.
